Agreement

By using this website or engaging Ryan's Pool Service Inc. for pool maintenance, repair or equipment installation, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide swimming pool and spa maintenance, equipment repair and troubleshooting, and equipment installation in the Greater Conejo Valley. The specific scope, frequency and pricing of your service are set out in your service agreement, and our Service Policy forms part of that agreement.

Scheduling and Access

Regular service requires safe, unobstructed access to the pool equipment and gate on the scheduled day. Where we cannot gain access, we may be unable to complete the visit. Pets must be secured during service visits.

Payment

Monthly service is billed in advance unless agreed otherwise. Repairs and equipment installation are quoted separately and billed on completion. Accounts that fall into arrears may have service suspended until the balance is settled.

Licensing and Insurance

Ryan's Pool Service Inc. is licensed and insured, California State License #783183, and is a member of the Independent Pool & Spa Service Association.

Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for the workmanship of the services we perform. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by equipment that has reached the end of its service life, or issues arising from work performed by others.
